I don't like the cream color with any tights or stockings or anything, if it's long enough, of course. I think just boots, maybe heels or flats. Do you have a picture of it or of something similar?

I think you can do brown tights and boots also. I always think cream and black is a bit stark, but could totally work especially if you throw on a lightweight scarf/cowl in a bright color or a great necklace. Really depends on the style. Lots of options!

The black just looks too harsh against the cream IMO. I like the grey boots and leopard scarf up there, too, I wouldn't have paired those together myself but it looks good. I also thought gray/taupe or cognac but I only have these with a heal. I do have black suede wedge boots but I also think its to harsh. So what color tight? I came up with DKNY tights in a taupe color- I forgot what it's called. Try a Google search
